Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn garments with their original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
